The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a beautiful area, just off the local sites and all bars, restaurants and shops. I was satisfied with the exceptionally comfortable and bright room, there where a shower, hairdryers and toiletries just in case

The place is pleasant and clean. Staff is very kind and pleasant and you can park your car nearby. The location is very central. Plus, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from Iglesia de Santa Cruz Catholic Church. The restaurant is pleasant for breakfast...

I stayed one night in a Double or Twin Room. The spacious room had a bathtub that was great for my sore muscles. The front desk staff were really nice and helpful. Plus, there was hot water for tea available in the lobby, which I loved!

I was highly disappointed with my single room, as it wasn't even clean. The lack of curtains and used shampoo was quite charming, really, but the bedsheets were fresh? How generous! I also expected a welcome gift for my troubles-a simple gesture would have sufficed. Just couldnt give a good review here.

Clean and comfy room, perfect for weary travelers. I really appreciated the unprompted picnic offer for my walk!

laundry service, electric kettle in lobby, proximity to gelato shop
Some single rooms lack balconies that could have been included at the price!!! The rates felt inflated, considering the room's features and amenities!!!

Check-in was a hassle. Had to wait an hour for the front desk personnel to return from lunch to get my room sorted. The walls are thin, so expect to hear neighbors talking and doors slamming, impacting your ability to get a good night's sleep.

The host was super helpful in pointing us to great restaurants and fun spots to explore . The leisure room was perfect for unwinding, and I really enjoyed the relaxing foot massage too. One small thing was the wait time for check-in, but it didn't dampen my experience overall 😊

easy access to charming attractions and serene parks
Anna at the front desk was warm and helpful , and the hotel's location made it easy to walk to the nearby Monastery of Santa Maria la Real, just a bit over a mile away, and also the wonderful Pasteleria Gasco, only a few steps away for those tasty pastries after exploring the city.

Family with children should try this place
Especially Ana, and she gave great tips on where to go. The room was spacious and sunny.
It wasn't inexpensive, but still acceptable given the amenities.
